Free Lecture with Joey Hung 8 Dan on January 12 in San Francisco

Scene from a past Joey Hung 8 dan lectureJoey Hung 8 dan is one of the strongest go players in the Bay Area, and he has a lot of experience teaching go to adults and children at all playing levels. Joey will give a go lecture at the San Francisco Go Club on Thursday, January 12, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The lecture is free, and you do not need to be a member of the San Francisco Go Club in order to attend. Players of all levels are welcome. Joey's lectures in 2011 were very popular, and he showed a great ability to adjust his teaching material based on the experience level of those attending.

Bring a game record if you've got one, just in case Joey wants to review one of your games. Stick around after the lecture and play go with old friends, or make some new ones!

This event is sponsored by Bay Area Go Players Association and the San Francisco Go Club. The club is located at 500 8th Avenue, at Anza.
